My Paho client cannot connect

  1. Verify that the required port is available in your environment. You can use a verified MQTT client, such as MQTT-CLI, to test the connection.

  3. When creating the support ticket, include the following information:

    • Provide the link to the guide you followed.

    • Specify at which step the connection failed and include any error messages received.

      • Copy the text of the error message rather than a screenshot.

    • Share the code of your MQTT client, along with instructions on how to build or compile it, and details on how to execute a test run.
