My Starter Trial ends soon. What can I do?

HiveMQ Cloud Starter Trial period lasts 15 days. At the end of the period, I received a notification email offering to Add a Payment Method. What can I do?

Solution

Add a payment method. The added payment method will be charged and the Starter Cluster will not be deleted at the end of the free trial period.

1. The easiest way to add a payment method is by clicking the “Add payment method” button in the email.

2. Alternatively, the payment method can be added using the https://console.hivemq.cloud/ console by clicking “Billing & Payment”:
