My client is not able to connect to the HiveMQ Cloud cluster
There can be multiple reasons for your client to not be able to connect to the cluster. Please double check if your client is configured with the correct endpoint URL this can be found in the Cluster Details Overview in Cloud Console. You should also check that you’ve configured the client with the correct MQTT credentials. You can confirm the client is connected using the HiveMQ Control Center.
Check the connection state of the client
Navigate to the Control Center and select the Clients view. Generate a new Snapshot and search for the client using its client ID. If the client is not listed then the client does not have a connection with the cluster.
