Cannot connect to the WebSocket Listener

To connect to the WebSocket listener, please make sure the correct port is used. Usually, port 8884 is used for WS Listener instead of 8883. In case this does not work, please reach out to HiveMQ Cloud Support and we will be happy to assist.
