Upload file to the customer support portal

 Instructions

  1. Go to support.hivemq.com

  2. Create a new ticket

  3. Enter the required fields.

  4. Scroll down and click on Upload

  5. Select the file you want to upload and click "open"

    Alternatively, you can drag and drop files into the "Empty Directory" field

6. Under the section labelled "Cloud files," you will find a comprehensive list of all the files that have been uploaded.
