The HiveMQ Cloud terms and conditions can be found here. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and uptime are applicable only on production plans so there is no uptime SLA for Serverless or Cloud Starter options (Free & PAYG).

For our Enterprise Suites, lines have the following SLA:

  • Starter: 99.95% 5% 

  • Professional and : 99.95%

  • Enterprise: 99.99% 99%
