Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and uptime are applicable only on production plans so there is no uptime SLA for Serverless or Cloud Starter options (Free & PAYG).
For our Enterprise Suites, lines have the following SLA:
Starter: 99.5%
Professional: 99.95%
Enterprise: 99.99%
