Install HiveMQ license on Windows

Installing HiveMQ Broker and Extensions licenses is a very easy “copy/paste” process, follow the steps below.

Move the hivemq.lic or any extension license file that you received with your purchase into the license folder of your HiveMQ installation (eg. C:\hivemq\license).

HiveMQ automatically and dynamically recognizes licenses during runtime. There is no need to restart HiveMQ when you add or change your HiveMQ license
