How can i transfer my existing cluster to a new account?

When you have signed up for your HiveMQ Cloud account using your email/password then the HiveMQ Support team can definitely help with this request. In order to begin the migration process, we must first authenticate the ownership of the account, and receive the go-ahead for the transfer from both the email account of the original owner and the new owner.

Once the confirmation is done, this request can be actioned.
